Four types of work make up most of what we do, from a full rewire to a single stubborn fault.
Rewires & Consumer Units
from £450
Old wiring gets stripped out and replaced, with a new consumer unit fitted to bring the whole system up to current standard. It's disruptive for a day or two, but the result is a supply that's safe and built to last.
EV Charger Installation
from £850
A dedicated charge point fitted at your home or business, wired correctly into your existing supply rather than added on as an afterthought. You get a proper charging setup, not a lead trailed across the driveway.
Fault Finding & Testing
from £75
Tripping circuits, flickering lights, sockets that stop working for no obvious reason: we track down the actual cause rather than resetting the board and hoping. Once it's found, it gets fixed and tested, so it doesn't come back a month later.
Lighting & Sockets
from £60
New sockets where you actually need them, lighting circuits altered or added, outdoor points run where there weren't any before. These jobs often get put off, but they're usually sorted in an afternoon once someone competent looks at them.

About Us
Electrical Work, Done Properly & Certified
We handle the jobs that keep a building's electrics working properly: full rewires, new consumer units, EV charger installs, fault finding, lighting and sockets. Some of that is a full day pulling cable through an old house. Some of it is tracking down a fault that has been tripping a circuit for weeks. Either way, it gets tested and certified before we call it finished. We're NICEIC approved, which means the work is checked against a national standard, not just whatever gets it working again. That covers houses and commercial premises alike, across Greater Manchester, and we're fully insured on every job.

Common Questions
Are you certified for the work you do? +
Yes, we're NICEIC approved, which means our work is inspected against the national standard rather than just checked by us. Every job gets tested on completion and you'll get the certificate for it, whether that's a rewire, a consumer unit swap or a new EV charger.
Do you work on commercial premises as well as houses? +
Both. Rewires, fault finding and consumer units come up just as often in shops and offices as they do in homes, and the standards we work to don't change either way. Let us know the type of building when you get in touch and we'll factor that into the quote.
How long does a full rewire take? +
It depends on the size of the property and how much access there is to the existing wiring, but a typical house takes several days rather than one. We'll walk the property first and give you a realistic timeframe before any work starts.
Can you fit an EV charger at an older property? +
In most cases, yes, though the existing electrical supply needs checking first to make sure it can take the extra load. That's part of the initial visit, so you'll know whether any upgrade work is needed before we quote for the charger itself.
